Willerby Leven

This 2008 Willerby Leven is for sale at St Audries Bay Holiday Club on the Somerset Coast. The Willerby Leven is located on Sea Spray 23 and has fabulous sea views.  There is nothing directly in front of this caravan.

The living area has a large front window enjoying the sea views.  A large U-shaped sofa houses a double bed making space for two additional guests. There are a couple of options to locate the television.  This could sit on top of the fireplace or a separate cabinet. Above the fireplace are plenty of glassed cupboards with downlighters to store personal possessions. The carpets have been replaced throughout adding comfort and freshness.

The kitchen has also been refurbished with new door fronts on the cabinets.  The integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and hob are included. The dinette seating opposite provides a comfortable spot for family dining.

The bedrooms are fitted to a high standard and have lots of storage and added extras. The master has over-bed storage, bedside cabinets and two large wardrobes.  There is a dressing table with a stool and a comfortable window seat.  The en suite WC adds extra convenience.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, over-bed cabinets and a single wardrobe.

The shower room has a thermostatically controlled shower, a sink with a vanity unit and a cupboard.

Outside the caravan, there is space to park one car.  There is adequate space to add a deck or create a nice seating area.
