Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, perfect for family meals. It includes four comfortable dining chairs and a dining table.
The master bedroom is designed for a peaceful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the local area. It features a plush double bed, bedside tables, and an elegant dressing table with a stool. The double built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and shelving above the bed offer extra space for clothing and personal possessions.

Parker’s Farm Cottages and Caravans is located in Mead, Ashburton, Newton Abbot, South Devon. It’s family owned and family run with just 17 privately owned caravans. The park is set in a rural location and has lovely countryside views over Dartmoor. The park has been used for holiday lets up until last year but this has changed and now the 17 caravans will be owned by private owners.
We have new and used caravans for sale. Customers will be able to select a holiday home of their choice and select their location.
Parker’s Farm is easily accessible with the main access via the Devon Expressway A38. With this in mind, Newton Abbot can be reached within 19 minutes, 35 minutes to Exeter and 36 minutes to Plymouth. The local towns are a little nearer with Bovey Tracey just 15 minutes away, Buckfastleigh 10 minutes, Teignmouth 30 minutes and Dartington a 13 minute journey.
All in all, Parker’s Farm Cottages and Caravans provides an ideal base to explore the local area which has so many new places to visit, making the most of your holidays and time away.
