Park visits at St Audries Bay Holiday Club

We are happy to say that Westcountry Resorts are open for business again.  After what seems like a long period of waiting, our doors are once again open!  The way of working is now very different, so we would like to share the changes with you.

All of our viewings are now strictly by appointment only so we can give you and your family our full attention. All the necessary measures have been implemented in accordance with the latest government guidelines to ensure the safety of all during your visit.

Please may we ask that you bring your own protective gloves and face coverings, just as you would if calling in at your local supermarket.

On arrival at the park, please use the main car park opposite reception and walk down to the Sales and Owner’s Office. This is located just around the corner from the reception opposite our Caravan Showground.

We would politely ask that you use the hand sanitisers provided when entering and leaving the Sales and Owner’s Office. Ideally, we will be spending the majority of the time outside, looking around the park, caravans and plots, all at a safe distance. If the weather is not on our side, our Sales and Owner’s Office has plenty of room with a large seating area where we can all sit at a safe distance.

We have set aside designated bathrooms for your visit. They are located  directly opposite the Sales and Owner’s Office and will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each customer visit.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please call the office on 01392 271 222 as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made for you.
