The 2025 Europa Willow Classic is available to purchase at Parkers Farm Cottages and Caravans in Ashburton, South Devon. This brand-new, attractive holiday home serves as a luxurious retreat on a peaceful holiday park surrounded by beautiful countryside.

The spacious living area instantly makes you feel at home. It features a two-piece suite, which easily converts into a sofa bed for your guests, a coffee table, a TV cabinet, and shelving. The fireplace is a focal point in the room, with a flame-effect electric fire to keep you warm during the 12-month season. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the living room and allow a refreshing summer breeze to flow through.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to begin your holidays. It features an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, extractor, gas oven, and hob with a glass splashback. The extensive cupboards and drawers provide excellent additional storage for food and kitchenware. The extended worktop space also helps separate this room from the living area, making the kitchen more spacious.

The free-standing dining table and chairs complement the kitchen, creating a perfect setup for family meals.

The cosy master bedroom is designed for a comfortable night’s sleep. It features a plush, lift-up storage double bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, shelving and cupboards above the bed. A coordinated chest of drawers and built-in double wardrobes provide excellent storage options for longer stays. Additionally, the master bedroom includes an en-suite WC with a washbasin.

The well-presented twin room is prepared for your guests. It has two single beds with padded headboards, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and storage over the beds.

The family shower room includes a dual flush WC, a Shower with a thermostatic mixer, a washbasin and an extractor fan.

This Europa has extra insulation, thicker walls, and thick carpets to ensure warmth and comfort. The master bedroom includes a TV point, while USB sockets are available in the lounge and bedrooms.
