The shaker style kitchen is well equipped with the gas oven, hob, extractor, integrated fridge freezer and microwave. The velux window creates a light open space for dining and entertaining.
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with the luxury underlay beneath your feet. The master enjoys a large wardrobe, over bed storage, an ensuite and dressing table with stool.
The twin bedroom has Gazunda beds with one storing under the other as an option to save space.
The Swift Provence has been designed with modern day living and has TV sockets and USB’s in the bedrooms.

Parker’s Farm Cottages and Caravans is located in Mead, Ashburton, Newton Abbot, South Devon. It’s family owned and family run with just 17 privately owned caravans. The park is set in a rural location and has lovely countryside views over Dartmoor. The park has been used for holiday lets up until last year but this has changed and now the 17 caravans will be owned by private owners.
We have new and used caravans for sale. Customers will be able to select a holiday home of their choice and select their location.
Parker’s Farm is easily accessible with the main access via the Devon Expressway A38. With this in mind, Newton Abbot can be reached within 19 minutes, 35 minutes to Exeter and 36 minutes to Plymouth. The local towns are a little nearer with Bovey Tracey just 15 minutes away, Buckfastleigh 10 minutes, Teignmouth 30 minutes and Dartington a 13 minute journey.
All in all, Parker’s Farm Cottages and Caravans provides an ideal base to explore the local area which has so many new places to visit, making the most of your holidays and time away.
