Inside, the Willerby Clearwater has been well maintained. The soft furnishings have a calming palette with scatter cushions adding comfort.  The windows are nicely dressed with new perfect-fit blinds and curtains throughout. The spotlights give a contemporary feel. As you enter the lodge there is a useful cloakroom cupboard for coats and shoes. The lounge area is bright and airy, with plenty of windows and large sliding patio doors that provide access to the large front and side deck. The relaxing patio furniture is included with the sale and creates a lovely place to unwind. The lounge features two, two seater sofas, one which has a double pull-out bed.  Perfect for additional guests and larger families. The flame effect fire provides a cosy focal point with the large wall-mounted TV sitting above. There is a further cabinet/sideboard, coffee table and freestanding table and chairs for dining.

The large kitchen features a breakfast bar with two stools plus integrated appliances.  The gas oven with hob, extractor fan, integrated fridge and freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave are all included.

The spacious bedrooms are well-designed and both have walk-in wardrobes with rails and drawers. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with lift-up storage underneath, providing ample space for suitcases and blankets. The en-suite shower room has a quad shower enclosure with a thermostatic shower.  The cabinet with sink has plenty of space for toiletries and towels.  There is a small dressing table with a mirror also.

The twin bedroom is set up with two, 3ft beds with a bedside table in the middle.

Outside, the lodge has a large gated front and side deck and has full skirting around the bottom.  The front of the deck has a glass balustrade so you can watch the world go by.  The pitch is neat and has a blocked paved driveway where you can park your car.

The current owner is including wall-mounted TVs in the bedrooms and lounge, a toaster, kettle and kitchen crockery, cutlery and utensils.

This site is a 12-month site, so you can come and go as you please for holidays, weekends and days off.  The main facilities close in the winter months.

The Holiday Park

Skipsea Sands Holiday Park offers an all-action holiday with plenty of activities to keep everyone in the family happy, both on and off-site, no matter what the weather.

The adventure playground, 3-storey soft play, and crazy golf are perfect for children. The arcade and pool tables are also family favourites. The sports hall has arranged activities, which include sessions for smaller children such as mini archery, mini fencing, Gym Tots, Mini Olympics, and Bike Tots. Older children can enjoy football, hoverboard, cricket, Bumper Zorbs, and Battle Blaster sessions.

The swimming pool is popular and has a toddler splash pool adjoining it with a water fountain. Extra sessions can be booked in, so why not try the aqua jets, aqua paddler, kayaking, and inflatable jet skis?

Both double and family Karts are available to hire, which can be driven around the park. It’s harder work than you think! If you prefer messy play, no problem, visit Professor Slime, make some Sand Art or design your very own tie-dye T-shirt. There are shows throughout the day and night with Krew showtime and Paw Patrol Mighty Missions. Evening family entertainment takes place in the Showbar.

For adults, the sauna and steam room are a perfect getaway. The well-stocked fishing lakes present a relaxing pastime with pleasant views to take in. It welcomes all abilities, but a rod license must be obtained.

The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant serves a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For those who enjoy walking, why not visit one of the lovely nearby beaches? Barmston, Fraisthorpe, Hornsea, and Bridlington South are firm favourites.
